All orders will be accepted and shipped only on business days from Monday to Friday (Korea Standard Time), excluding Korean holidays.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

 

Order Processing 

The lens will be manufactured after receiving the order at 09:00 (GMT+9) on businessdays. It takes 7–10 days.


International Shipping

All packages from LENSME are dispatched from South Korea. We ship to nearly every country served by international carriers, except for a few countries restricted by international trade laws.

You cannot choose a shipping company.

Customs Duties/Taxes

The customer is responsible for covering applicable inbound tariffs, taxes, and other fees as deemed appropriate by local authorities. These fees are not included in the prices listed on our site.

Payment for these fees is made directly to your local carrier or government and is not collected by LENSME, making them non-refundable. We operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for international shipments.

In essence, the recipient must settle all relevant fees, including customs, import duties, VAT, etc., to receive the package. As we cannot specify the exact amount of these fees, please reach out to your country's customs for precise details.

Moreover, given that contact lenses are categorized as medical devices, there may be limitations on the quantity passed at once under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.

There are differences in each country and we will ship them in a fixed quantity. (There are cases where we have to send them separately several times.)

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. The provided tracking number enables you to monitor the latest shipping updates for your package online.

If you're a member of LENSME, you can log in to your account to track the delivery.

 

Order Amount Limit

Due to potential tariff-related delays, we cap order amounts, including shipping costs, at less than $250.

Customers desiring purchases exceeding $250 are encouraged to place separate orders to avoid customs issues.

Please note that individual orders from one customer cannot be consolidated into a single package.

There may be differences in the amount of restrictions depending on the country.

It will be shipped 7-10 days after the order date (manufacturing period).

Address Changes

You can change your shipping address before shipping.

For changes to delivery information, contact Customer Service promptly using the order number and email via email or the inquiry window before you receive a shipping email.

Ensuring the correct shipping address is entered is the buyer's responsibility.

Once the package has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be modified to a different shipping address.

If the product is lost due to the wrong address, the customer is responsible.

Delivery failure due to customer negligence may not be refundable.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost in case of redelivery.

 

Faulty Products

Please verify if you received the product as ordered and check for any defects before opening the packaging.

While we take care in product management, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, refrain from opening/confirming it and contact us within 7 days.

*Exchanges/refunds are not possible for opened items.

*Returning items without prior contact will not be addressed.

*Essentially, only defective products qualify for exchanges or returns.
